Please read the following instructions regarding NIT's. Information not included on this page will be found in the NIT information packet. Please scroll down to view all NIT packets.

1.     Completed Entry form & waiver must accompany entry fee. Team is not considered entered until payment is made in full.
 
2.     For your convenience you may pay by credit card over the phone at 513-831-2273 by the deadline.
        Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted.  When paying by credit card manager must fax or mail entry form & waiver.
        
3.     Credit card payments are non-refundable unless tournament is cancelled. Teams paying by cash or money order must cancel
        before deadline or payment is non-refundable. Credit card payments must remain on the card. Credit card payments will not
        be credited for cash, money orders, or checks.
  
4.     If an Expressway Park roster is not mailed with entry form, waiver, & entry fee, it must be completed and presented
        before the team takes the field for their first game. Blank rosters are available in the Pro Shop.

5.     Manager's may print player's names on the roster that are not present to sign before the first game but will be participating
        in a later game after the tournament begins. It is the manager's responsibility to have the player sign prior to playing in that
        tournament.

6.     Teams must be sanctioned USSSA. Teams from areas other than District IX should sanction through the local or area USSSA
        director. Proof of sanction must be submitted or team is required to submit a $25 sanction fee.

7.     Please check-in one-half hour prior to game time in the Pro Shop.

8.     Please do not bring pets. See packet for further information regarding Park policies including admission and out-side food &
        drink.
