These meetings are very
important and we expect everyone to make it to those meetings.
We understand that things come up: emergencies, serious illness,
etc. However, every effort should be made to attend and end of
year will reflect attendance at these meetings. The 2007 rule
books will be given out at the first meeting. However, we
encourage you to read last years book (rules 1, 2, & 3) until
that meeting! If you can’t find your copy, stop by Expressway
Park and pick one up! We will move through the rules at whatever
speed we feel is appropriate. The majority of class time will be
spent on game management, and handling players and situations.
Umpires working at Expressway Park must attend a minimum of 6
classes including all Mandatory Meetings! Umpires attending
all meetings and be present for the entire meeting will be paid a $1.00 additional
bonus on all games worked during the season. No exceptions on
policies for $1.00 bonus!
LOCATION FOR 08 - Milford Junior High School - Wolfpen-Pleasant
Hill Road off Rt. 131 or Rt. 28. Park rear of building - Use
back door and turn left to room 43. A sign will be posted
on the door regarding the room number or gym.
